The programme consists of several Judo classes, a video, an Aikido class and a Kobudo (Japanese Weapons) class*. Lunch (including sausage sizzle) will be provided, but please bring your own drink bottle.
All Judo players are welcome and encouraged to attend. This is a great chance to get to know players from other clubs in training and make some new friends.
There will be a separate seniors and juniors mat where you will have the
opportunity to learn from different coaches.

You must PRE-REGISTER no later than the 14th of
February 2006.
Please register with your coach and pay the registration fee directly to
him/her.
