Judo Western Australia (Inc.) - Darcina & Lee at Junior Worlds

The 2010 Judo World Junior Championships were held from the 21st to the 24th of October in Agadir, Morocco. Locally training Judokas Darcina Manuel (U57Kg) and Lee Bronkhorst (U55kg) competed representing New Zealand. Darcina won her first fight against Hungarian, Katinka Szabo who is the current European Bronze medallist whilst Lee won his first fight against Yunya Ofuji of Japan before winning against Belgium, Gert Naes who is a European champion. To achieve at this level is a fantastic result, congratulations to Darcina and Lee.
