DESCRIPTION:OverviewJudo WA\, in partnership with Judo Australia\, is trialling a new online delivery format for Judo Australia’s Coaching Accreditation Framework (CAF) course.The course will be delivered by Judo Australia National Participation Manager\, Shane Alvisio\, and will provide participants with the course content and foundational knowledge required as part of the CAF 2.0 coaching accreditation pathway.The online format is designed to make coach education more accessible to members across Western Australia\, providing current and aspiring coaches with an opportunity to complete the course component of their accreditation without needing to attend an in-person session.Who is this course for?The course is suitable for participants working towards accreditation at the following levels:Assistant CoachSensei CoachSenior CoachParticipants must still satisfy the relevant prerequisites and other requirements applicable to their chosen accreditation level.This course may be suitable for new coaches beginning their coaching journey\, existing coaches seeking formal accreditation\, or accredited coaches looking to progress to a higher level within Judo Australia’s coaching pathway.Course DetailsDate: Saturday\, 3 October 2026Time: 9:00am–11:30amDelivery: OnlinePresenter: Shane Alvisio – National Participation Manager\, Judo AustraliaInformation regarding how to access the online session will be provided to registered participants prior to the course.Coaching Accreditation RequirementsCompletion of this course does not\, by itself\, necessarily result in accreditation.
