Judo WA is thrilled to announce that three of our exceptional athletes have been selected for Judo Australia’s prestigious 2025 Judo Squad at the Combat Institute of Australia’s National Performance Centre. This remarkable achievement highlights their dedication, skill, and passion for the sport.

  • Maria Swan (UWA Judo Club)
  • Saya Middleton (Perth Judo Club)
  • Timeo Tournier (UWA Judo Club)

Their inclusion in this elite squad is a testament to their hard work and the strength of WA’s judo community. We are incredibly proud to see them represent WA on the national stage, and we know they will continue to make their clubs and our state proud.

The National Performance Centre, supported by CombatAUS, AIS, and Judo Australia, provides world-class training environments and pathways for elite athletes, preparing them for international success.

For more information on the 2025 Judo Squad and the National Performance Centre, visit www.combataus.com.au.

Congratulations once again to Maria, Saya, and Timeo on this outstanding achievement!
