Request approval to organise a judo event in Western Australia.
This form is for open events
Use this booking form to request Judo WA sanction for an open event — one that welcomes members from affiliated clubs other than your own.
Club-only events for your own members generally do not need this form, but please still check the calendar to avoid unintended clashes.
Check the Judo WA calendar first
Before submitting a booking request, review the Judo WA events calendar to see what is already scheduled. Consider whether your proposed date works for players, coaches, referees and officials you hope to attract.
Events only appear on the public calendar once they are approved and published. Other clubs may already be planning events on your preferred date that are not yet visible.
Booking process
- Check available dates on the Judo WA calendar and consider whether your event is likely to clash with existing or similar events.
- Submit this booking request with your proposed date, venue, level and age groups. Sanction must be obtained before advertising to other clubs.
- Judo WA will review your request and contact you using the email provided. If the date is not suitable, we will work with you to find an alternative.
- Once approved, your event can be published on the events calendar.
Please note: by completing this form you are registering your intent to hold an open event on a certain day. Your event will not appear on the public calendar until it is sanctioned and published by Judo WA.
