Judo Western Australia (Judo WA) is excited to announce a new opportunity to join our team as a part-time Operations Officer.
This role will play a key part in supporting the delivery of Judo WA’s strategic plan, working closely with our CEO, committees, clubs, and members to deliver programs and events across both metropolitan and regional WA.
About the Role
- Assist with planning and coordination of programs such as schools, inclusion initiatives, State Training, and the Futures Camp.
- Support the organisation and delivery of competitions and events.
- Provide assistance and information to clubs and members, acting as a first point of contact.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with schools, local governments, community groups, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the administration and day-to-day operations of Judo WA.
Position Details
This is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time contract, commencing at 2 days (15.2 hours) per week from 1 October 2025, with the possibility of increasing to 3 days per week following a 3-month probation period, subject to organisational need. The role requires flexibility, with some evening and weekend work expected.
