Overview
Judo WA, in partnership with Sports Medicine Australia (SMA), is offering a weekend of nationally recognised first aid and sports trainer education on Saturday, 21 and Sunday, 22 November 2026.
Open to Judo WA members, the courses are ideal for coaches, volunteers, athletes and parents who want to strengthen their ability to respond to injuries, emergencies and incidents on and around the mat.
Participants can complete individual courses or bundle courses across the weekend, depending on their needs.
Courses Available
HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid (includes CPR)
Level 1 Sports Trainer – Full Course
Level 1 Sports Trainer – Reaccreditation
The CPR course also provides an opportunity for members who completed their First Aid qualification through Judo WA in 2025 to renew their annual CPR certification and remain current.

Location
The venue is to be confirmed and will be determined subject to registrations.
Sessions will be held at a judo dojo within the Perth metropolitan area, with the final location communicated to registered participants once confirmed.
