2026 First Aid & Sports Trainer Training Weekend

Judo WA is planning another weekend of first aid and sports trainer education in partnership with Sports Medicine Australia.

Open to Judo WA members, the courses are ideal for coaches, volunteers, athletes and parents who want to strengthen their ability to respond to injuries, emergencies and incidents on and around the mat.

Dates: Saturday, 21 and Sunday, 22 November 2026
Location: To be confirmed

The weekend is expected to include:

• HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, including CPR
• Level 1 Sports Trainer course
• Level 1 Sports Trainer reaccreditation

The CPR course will also provide an opportunity for members who completed their first aid qualification through Judo WA in 2025 to renew their annual CPR certification and remain current.
