International exchange
WA–Japan Judo Exchange
Launched in 2024, the WA–Japan Judo Exchange supports Western Australian athletes and coaches to train, learn and build relationships in Japan. It combines judo development with cultural exchange and aims to strengthen long-term connections between the WA and Japanese judo communities.
The exchange forms part of Judo WA’s 2024–2026 Asian Engagement project, supported by the Western Australian Government’s Asian Engagement through Sport program.
